After playing skyrim religiously for the past week or so, I can't help but think Bethesda missed a trick by not implementing voice commands for the shouts. Can you imagine how immersive the experience would be? Picture the scene:
You're alone, in a dark crypt. A rattling of century old bones can be heard behind you, you quickly turn to see the dull blue eyes of a gang of draugr staring back. You silently smirk to yourself, you're dragonborn, you don't need this, after a mighty inhale you left out your deafening shout.
" Fuus.....Ro Dah!"
*ahem*
Voice commands isn't completely unheard of on gaming. Didn't Tom Clancy's Endwar have voice commands? Citation needed as I didn't play it.
What do you guys think? A pointless addition to an already great game? Or an extra feature which adds a bit more magic to the experience?
