Recently I've been sleeping. A lot. Too much actually. I'm quite sure I could be classified as an expert at this point.

When I sleep for longer periods, I tend to have more vivid dreams, dreams I can remember (for better or worse).
And secondly, when I wake up I sometimes find myself unable move at all, as if paralyzed.

Ever experienced something like that? It's pretty confusing.
So does anything weird happen during your sleep, or directly after?

I can't remember the medical term, but it's not terribly uncommon for people to wake up paralysed, it only happens for a short while.

I don't really dream as much as when I was a child.

I kind of miss it.

It is called sleep paralysis.m when you wake up and can not move.
I have never experienced it, but something that happens to me often is that I wake up, but I still use "dream logic". So I will think that I have to, for example, become a shoe before I can get out of the bed. This will make perfect sense in my head. But no matter how much I try, I (obviously) can not make it happen. This has actually made me oversleep a fair amount of times.
