Wanted: 'gamer tag' profile pic

Recently I have been catching up on a few things I have missed on this site including 'Extra Credits' and I was wondering if anyone had a profile pic that I could use based on (or coming directly from) Extra Credits: Gamer @ 2:10 (16th September 2010) there is a "Hi, I am a GAMER" tag much along the lines of the; Hi my name is-- stickers.. I don't mind being called a gamer and would like to use something along these lines as a facebook, and other sites, profile pic. I don't do video or image editing (I prefer my own pictures the way they were taken and have never learned my way around photoshop) so I am not sure how to go about getting this.

TL;DR Want a 'Hi my name is: Gamer" profile pic to use on social networking sites.

How hard would it be to find a picture of a blank "Hello, my name is:" sticker and write GAMER on it in MS Paint?

Yes .. dang those 30 year old kids.
I ask because I figure someone has something along these lines just sitting around waiting to be appreciated, and asking on a popular gaming site is easier than grabbing my camera and finding a sticker and writing on it when -millions- (okay.. hundreds.. or tens) of people might have already done so.

I know right. It's not like your gonna be putting something as difficult as my avatar up. Paint is your friend for basic stuff.
