If i buy a necron command barge, does it come with the overlord and the two necron servants seen in the picture? thanks in advance.

Necron player here, yes it does (I own one).
It also actually has a construction booklet! Something the new wraiths were missing. While they (the wraiths) look awesome, they weren't as straight forward to build as I would have liked.

I played 40K as Necrons years ago, but stopped because I couldn't afford it. I'd never heard of a Command Barge before, so I went and looked at the army lists on the Games Workshop website. There are so many new minatures in the Necron army! When did this happen?

I believe the new minis and codex were released in May of 2012. I bought a bunch because I'm a fool lol. I don't even play 40k with anyone x_x, I just like painting it lol.

Ditto with my painstakingly painted Dark Eldar army which I'll never use. Well, it's a hobby with multiple facets: the lore, the models and the game itself.
