So, apparently loads of North American players have been billed 15+ times, in some cases totaling amounts of $500 or more. Mythic say they are investigating, but seem really secretive about what's going on.
As far as I know, this is the first time this kind of thing happens to a large MMO (Wikipedia says WAR had 300.000+ subscribers a year ago). So, I'm at a complete loss as to what's going to happen next. It doesn't seem at all improbable for Mythic to go out of business simply because of this.
What do you all think?
