I absolutely love this glitch. It makes the game so much more fun.
All you do is equip a melee weapon, hold (on 360) left trigger then Y then press right trigger to throw.
I can't do it this time...
Was it patched? I am kind of angry if it is, it is playing it cheap but that's the way I liked playing the game, it made it more fun to me. Now I might not play it much if it's patched.
