Your dropped in the ancient Roman times, your signed to the army of whatever army you want, you can pick your weapon/s with anything in the time era, practical or not.

I'd join whoever recruits and use a Halberd.

Halberd because its great for cutting down cavalry and infantry.

I'd choose diplomacy and convince someone to keep me out of the war. But if I can't use that, don't know why I can't, I'd go with sword and archery as a back up.

Considering the halberd was used from roughly the 14th-15th century, it still doesn't work.

Did we not just have a thread where many said outright that "weapon of choice" threads were past the point of overused? Or was I dreaming all of that? And this couldn't have been search bar approved because I've counted 4 seperate threads within the last few months with this very same name.

OT: The chinese had a pretty deadly selection of weapons. Maybe an officer's sword.
