On Oblivion I got a staff called wabbajack that can turn any creature in to any other creature its all ways fun to turn a big ogre in to a deer.

GTA: San Andreas had an adult toy in it.
Some of the Square Enix games are known for having weird weapons as well. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days has a joke weapon for most of the characters. Axel gets to attack enemies with pizzas. Even in FFVII, Cloud and Aeris got a baseball bat and umbrella respectively.
