What are the things in Zero Punctuation called?

So I've always wondered what the little monster dudes that pop up in Zero Punctuation are called? Do they have a name? I don't think any of the videos ever mentioned a name for them and I never know what to say when I reference them, so I've decided to come up with a name for them.

I've always seen them called imps.

I believe thats their given name. Can't say for sure though.

In the store they call them Imps

I think he created them to represent imps in one of his earlier reviews, so I've just been calling them "imps."

They're normally called imps.

They're from his first review on Youtube of the demo for the Darkness. They're his representations for the minions you can summon in that game.

Edit: He refers to it as an imp in the video.
