What Are You Playing "This Weekend." - Hopefully Never Ending Thread

Hey Escapists.

In the vein of one of those sprawling, constantly updating and never-ending threads like 'What Are You Listening To,' I didn't see anything like this in 'Gaming' and decided to throw it up here.

Basically, what are you playing 'this weekend.'

The weekend, any weekend and every weekend, is upon us and for some, if not all of us, that means the downtime to intensely play something.

Maybe we're playing something nostalgic on an emulator.

Maybe we're going to tear the cellophane off that console game that's been sitting on the coffee table.

Maybe we're finally going to dig into our Steam backlog.

Maybe we're in a beta and can say nothing but the name of the game while everyone writhes in eternal jealousy.

Or maybe we'll continue playing the game that's kept us entertained for the last year with no end in sight.

Right now I'm alternating between Team Fortress 2 thanks to an acquaintance getting me back into the habit and deciding whether or not to let Warframe own my soul.

Probably going to try TF2 myself some. Pretty burnt out this week, but should be fun to slip back into the game. Will also probably play some more terraria and maybe check steam to see if anything interesting is on sale.

I'm going to continue practicing my TF2 game, Since I upgraded my PC I need to relearn my rocket jumping reflexes.

X-COM: Enemy Within with the Long War mod, slightly modified to make it less rage inducing.

Well if I can get GOG's Chaos Gate to work, then that.
If not, it'll be a mix of State of Decay, Space Marine and maybe try Shadows of Mordor again. Though I had a bad experience with that one the fist time around.

Going to a local tourney to play UNIEL and Skullgirls while we watch EVO. We poor boys who couldn't bother flying out to vegas.

well I'll be playing some re;birth 3 getting close to the true ending and watching game grumps

Going back aways, Overlord cause I still find it fun, and even further back to Play Destroy All Humans 2, back when they were fun apparently.

I'll be playing some X-Com: Enemy Within, now that I finally got my Nvidia Card back under control. Might throw in a little Broforce or Endless Legend if I want to mix it up a bit.

I'm up to date with new releases, and since it doesn't look like Arkham Knight PC is going to be ready any time soon, I'm replaying a few old games.

Currently approaching the end of my second Total War Rome 2 campaign, this time as the Iceni.

Replaying the Legacy of Kain series and am onto Defiance now. Somehow had managed to forget how epic the story is through these games (admittedly ignoring BO2).

If I'm in mood to play anything, it'll be Dark Souls. If I get frustrated and Witcher 3's massive patch comes out, then Witcher 3.

Since my proper PC was recently bricked and I'm stuck with a laptop running an intel GPU from 2007, my options are a little limited. currently I'm looking at heroes of might & magic 3 and hearthstone.

All threads must die, and this one wont be any different.

But it looks like my weekend will be parted out between Dark Souls 2: SotFS, Warframe and Skyforge.
