Zombi is a zombie survival game set in Europe for ps4,Xbone,Wii U and Pc.

Personally I really enjoyed it,it has some problems both with it's story and game play. But I think it does something unique and different to separate it form other Zombie survival games, Along with the sandbox craze that's sweeping AAA games recently.

I played it on Wii U and enjoyed it. I thought the gamepad was well integrated. I actually liked how it took several melee hits to kill zombies(something that's always annoyed me about stuff like the Walking Dead is when you see the scawniest armed characters smashing a zombies head with one hit)and the fact that your character could be killed so easily added to the tension meaning you couldn't just charge around all guns blazing like in Left4Dead(something that seems to have surprised some people judging by some of the reviews I read)

Overall a decent game but unless sales on PC,Xbox and PS4 were stellar one we're unlikely to get a sequel to

I got it on the Xbox One as I was itching for a zed game and I thought it looked neat.

It was a'ight. A sweet concept with an iffy execution; I don't regret playing it and I would recommend that people who want to play a survival zed game to give it a go if they can find it cheap (which at this point, shouldn't be very hard). The concept of having your survivors be killable and you'd have to take up a new mantle was a neat idea that the game really didn't do anything with and I don't even remember what the story was so I can't imagine it had been that memorable...

Zombi was at an awkward period, it was the only "core" game at the Wii U's launch. It was surprisingly good and tense at times and pretty unique for what it tried to do, but it failed to sell due to the Wii U's lack of presence back in 2012. Then when it was re-released in 2015 the novelty it had going for it had wore thin, there were a lot of survival-ish horror games on Steam and the other platforms and the Wii U got games like those HD Zeldas and Xenoblade to makes use of the GamePad.

If I were to recommend it, it would be on the original Wii U, but with the Switch here and ports of Wii U games on the horizon that turns into a pretty insignificant if.

I picked it up when it was one of the free games for PS Plus and I certainly don't regret sinking a few hours into it. It was nice to see something a little closer to home. It wore a bit thing in the long run though and I felt it needed something more significant in terms of narrative. The gameplay and execution felt brilliant overall, but there was just something missing. It would even make for a good co-op experience with the right tweaks.

It was pretty terrible on the WiiU and that at least had the gamepad gimmik. A big problem was that your main weapon was a cricket bat and ONLY a bat. Even jf jt was only cosemetic some different blunt objects would have been nice. Also, zombies were a chore to deal with, and not in a fun way like how rushing a Souls enemy will get you killed and you need to take you time. Theres no skill involved, Just time and boredom.

I got this on the Wii U on day one and while I was never patient enough to beat it, I did put in a good chunk of time with this game. I enjoyed it and I think it's kind of a shame that it was left on the wayside for so long. It's understandable though, nobody was going to buy the Wii U for this game and another New Super Mario and...well, not much else for however many months.

ZombiU is the reason I got the WiiU. Frankly it was what I expected: better than 90% of the Wii library, zombie tropes, no pause while managing inventory to increase the tension, scary atmosphere, gamepad use. The asymmetric multiplayer was also fun, and it's a shame it didn't make it to the PC version.

Got it with Playstation Plus a few months ago and played a small bit of it, I was doing pretty well with my survivor, racking up a pretty high kill-combo, until the game threw a zombie at me that exploded when I whacked it with my whackie stick, that's about as far as I played.

Personally I loved it, flaws and all. It managed to take a cliched scenario and horror's most overused enemy and make them scary again. A bunch of the levels were also quite suitably creepy imo, the nursery and the house party in particular were a tense delight.

There are so many nice little touches to the game that make its solid core all the more gripping. It's a game I really wish would get a sequel as its biggest flaws (limited character models, backtracking, recycled areas/rooms, using the Wii U gamepad to scan stuff) are likely symptoms of being a launch title.

I did pick up the Xbox One version to see how different it feels. I should probably install it.

It was the one Wii U title I was interested in and now it's coming out for everything else, so that's very convenient.

It sounds like you didn't play it very much. There were other melee weapons and enemies.

It sounds like you didn't read my post.

I was playing the WiiU version. I got to Buckinham Palace. I googled whether or not you get other melee weapons and the internet said no.

I just did it again there and it says you can get two other melee weapons on other platforms.
