I am so jealous, every time there's a concert I want to go to, either my friends don't want to/can't go or it's 18+

or they came to my area a couple of years before I started listening to them.

Big Day Out, Soundwave and Rockit were all ages, but had fenced off 18+ sectiions.

Muse and Nine Inch Nails were probably the best I've seen. The NIN tour was their last (since Trent wanted to go into retirement for a while). And they did a a 'duet' with Dillenger Escape Plan.

I couldn't tell you all the bands I've seen live because there's always a few opening acts, who tend to be local/small time and I can never remember who they are later. I'll try though: NIN, Queens of the Stone Age, Mastodon, Priestess, High on Fire, Mono, Flogging Molly, and bunch of other bands I don't recall.

Led Zeppelin (goddamn that was expensive, but SOOO worth it)
Gogol Bordello
Opeth
Foo Fighters
Radiohead
Mastodon
Dethklok (or at least have tickets to)
Infected Mushroom
Juno Reactor
Daft Punk (best live show ever)
Queens of the Stoneage (2nd best)
Gipsy Kings
Atmosphere
Mos Def

EDIT: and The Flaming Lips. the audience brought the fog machines for them, if you catch my drift

First concert. Favourite concert. They played for a good two and a half hours constant. Made me so happy. Even though I missed the opening due to hurling the contents of my stomach into a toilet bowl, the rest more than made up for it.

Manson, on the other hand, came out after leaving everyone waiting for two hours, then did a set for less than an hour. Poor form indeed.

Also seen Fooies, Living End, Grinspoon, MM9, Children Collide, Expatriate, Korn, Throwdown, Biohazard, Ozzy Osbourne, Bad Religion and NoFX.

Haven't been to any big festival-type concerts, so not a huge variety there, but all (cept for Manson) very solid gigs.

EDIT:
Best part about NIN was Trent stopping between songs and encouraging the audience to steal his albums because Universal charged too much.
