Pretty basic question, assuming you know your stuff. I was wondering if anyone knew just how high the performance on this would be:

Also, if it isn't too much, how big of a difference there is between that and this:
http://www.walmart.com/ip/CYBERPOWERPC-Gamer-Supreme-SLC1000W-Desktop-PC-with-AMD-FX-9370-Octa-Core-Processor-16GB-Memory-120GB-SSD-2TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8.1-Monitor/34643910?action=product_interest&action_type=title&placement_id=irs_top&strategy=PWVAV&visitor_id&category=&client_guid=269e2a7a-6c1b-431d-a13d-2fafe4443a7e&customer_id_enc&config_id=0&parent_item_id=37421268&guid=28e2c8f0-27fb-410e-abfa-05d1b14e8224&bucket_id=irsbucketdefault&beacon_version=1.0.0&findingMethod=p13n#about

Similar recommendations would be sweet too

I'd greatly appreciate any help.

The first computer you link is a fine baseline machine, but for gaming you would want a better graphics card unless your fine with low-med settings on newer games. You could upgrade it, but you may have to replace both the power supply as well as the GPU and the tower size may limit what you can put into it.

The 2nd on is far better for gaming as is. The cost is obviously higher but it does seem like the better value in terms of both hard drive space as well as the R9 280X GPU which i have myself and have yet to play a game on it that it couldn't run on max or ultra settings with good fps. Plus the tower is much bigger with space for additional future upgrades should you ever need to.

Yeah, I thought similarly but I was going mostly off of comparisons while looking. I figured even without knowing to factor the ease of upgrading into effect, that replacing those parts would end up costing more in the long run. But I'm not certain what I'll be working with in the last couple months. I appreciate the input. Kind of made me prefer the latter option even more lol. I felt like it was really high end for the price, but it seems I underestimated it.
