I don't believe in breakfast, but if I did, I would have eaten a Sausage and Cheese sandwich.

What.

This...

From the guidelines:

Starting a thread: Posting is an art; be proud of your work. A good thread will generate discussion. Will it bring something new to the table and will you want to participate in the discussion it creates? We don't expect every thread to be incredibly deep and thought provoking, but every thread should engage the community in a positive way.
What's there to discuss here?

What's there to discuss here?
The pros and cons of various nutritional options when you start the day.
For instance I had bacon, eggs and toast. Maybe a little heavy on the protien but plenty of carbs from the toast and filling as well. I know I won't be hungry for a while. Discuss amongst yourselves.

What you and other people had for breakfast.
This is no discussion.

It would be a discussion if you asked "what's your perfect breakfast" or something like that. This is just listing facts, boring facts.

I had an apple. It sucks, the bank has cancelled my debit card so I have literally £0 and I have now run out of food. I've just finished a nutritious dinner of rice and cabbage with tabasco sauce.

Fortunately, I going to see my parents tomorrow so I'm hoping they have some food I can steal or some money

I had a grapefruit because I forgot to go shopping for passover foods and that's the only thing left in my fridge that was kosher.

Well, let's see... It is 3 am and I haven't had breakfast yet. I forget what it was yesterday - probably nothing. That's sad, because I'm a guy that loves his breakfast.

I had some Weetabix (I eat inhuman amounts of that stuff), some buttered toast (buttered with Lurpak, to be precise), and a Yakult. I love Yakult.

Can't beat the beans mate. British classic that is, bacon, egg beans, sausage, fried mushrooms and fried bread.

Awesome, even though you can feel your heart clogging up from the massive amount of grease
