Mine is Ursula from The Little Mermaid. She an older lady with a short hairstyle. She doesn't have tentacles as far as I know, but Ursula was the first thing to pop in my mind. Not only does she resemble her physically they share similar personalitys. Both can be quite manipulative, be deceptively friendly, but have a very short temper. They are both also power hungry.

No Disney villains here. Actually, my boss is pretty much Good Guy Greg, with an addiction to painkillers.

That's a somewhat worrisome description of your superior there. I'm curious to know the line of work.

As for myself, I've scarcely spoken to my boss. He's been quite courteous and straightforward. I honestly can't even liken him to any character. Most certainly not a villainous fellow.

Besides, that's my job.

I've never had an evil boss. Closest thing would be when I worked at the movie theater, but the ladder of hierarchy branches many-fold and the maze of bureaucracy contorts in strange ways, so I would never be able to single out the one guy that was in charge of everything. All I can name are little henchmen driving littler henchmen.

Wreck-it Ralph. That's a "villain", right?

My boss is kind of nice, and I know he means well whenever he tries to help, but he was born to fuck things up all the time. Unlike Ralph, however, he's completely unaware of this and I'm pretty sure he's never going to change. He will never get that shiny medal.

The supervisor who directly oversees the work that I do looks like a working-class Cruella De'Vile...who is in desperate need of sleep and who seems to be on the verge of a breakdown at almost all times. Her boss looks like an unholy cross of Linkara (from that-guy-with-the-glasses) and James Rolf (AVGN) only somewhat taller.

My boss kinda looks like Mother Gothel.

She actually seems to be a lovely woman from what I've seen of her so far, though.

I had to do an image search. If there was a Disney villain my boss most resembled, it would probably be Pete.

As for personality, I don't know. I generally avoid him like the plague. It's not that he's outright evil, but he is a boss. Bosses tend to be more towards the jerk end of the scale. Because they are bosses. If he calls you, it's generally bad news. So yeah. Avoid him like the plague, I do.

I had another boss who was very much the Queen of Hearts. By which I mean she was crazy and evil as Hell. It was at McDonalds and I distinctly remember her driving her truck around the building to get the Drive Thru time down one morning. As in making several circles. She made me, in said Drive Thru, pay out orders before the customers even got to the window (it's as stupid as it sounds). I remember hearing her reporting the time to corporate and just thought to myself, You lying *****. Those times are entirely fake due to your policies of paying out orders before they actually pay.

Oh, and you gotta love some of her most glorious moments.
I come in to work and she says loud enough for the entire staff to hear, how I am much faster and better than the person from before. 10 minutes later, she's pissed at me for being slow. Yeah...

I was in High School at the time, and the manager in charge of the schedules came to me personally, and told me that she had me coming in two hours later, at 8 AM, one weekend because she knew I had Finales and was trying to cut me some slack. So, I come in at the time I was told...
"Where were you?"
"At home. In bed. I wasn't supposed to come in till now..."
"Oh. Well, you didn't check the schedule did you?"
"I didn't have to. I was personally told my schedule for today. I planned to check the rest of the week before I left, which I always do." (It was common that the Week Schedule wasn't done til Saturday, but it also started on Saturday. Usually, they had Saturday ready by Friday and we'd have to check or call in to see what the rest of the week was. I generally checked mine on Saturday and my Saturday Schedule was always the same.)
"Well, I changed it. You were supposed to come in at 6. You should have checked."
(Now a little angry) "Well, since I was supposed to come in at 6, can I leave at 2?"
"No."

For the record, I was always scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM on weekends, but they never had anyone come in, so I was never actually off till 4 PM at the earliest. I was actually making that last little comment as a tongue in cheek comment about my schedule since I was scheduled from 8 AM to 4 PM originally and I knew I would never get off before that anyway.

And, in case your wondering, everyone hated her. I had one friend quit the minute she took over as Store Manager. And another wasn't far behind. Years later I learned that she was embezzling money from the store.

Disney are the only real villains here.

I've spent the better part of my college career understanding just how much of bastard-fried bastards they are, and it's not pretty. The public might like them just fine, but if you're in the entertainment industry (or studying the entertainment industry), Disney is synonymous with Satan.

It might not be what this thread is about, but I've seen a lot of Disney worship recently, and I was going to pop if I didn't say something negative to balance it out.

I'm not sure there's a Disney comparison to my manager. She's selfish, vengeful, ignorant and lacks basic empathy skills. She may keep my place of work running but she has zero interpersonal skills and will try her hardest to get you a disciplinary if she doesn't like you or you undermine her authority.

So I'd say her self-obsessed attitude and vengeful tenacity most resembles the wicked queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs crossed with Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Yeah, I'm not a fan.

Err which Disney villains best fit this decsription of my manager?

She's old hag who is trying to proved too much that she is still capable at being a manager. She isn't seeing how she had employed her grand daughter (over 18) to work at the store and she had worked 7am til 10pm (I kid you not) which is against the law I think (what my supervisor told me since that is beyond anyone work hours per day). Also she panic like hell whenever her supervisor plan to come over even when it is just a minor visit, honestly if she had kept calm and composed like the previous two managers, she would still accomplise the goal at hand without getting stress over it.

She is clearly showing her ages (she is like over 60 or 70) she is forgetful at where she put like pens and books and it's thanks to her that we had lost the scanner to scan our products. Not only that she got a high standard which most of us can't keep up and she's very critial at people performances.

Actually now I think about it, Scar from the Lion King come to my mind since she had abit of his trait. She is a liar and manipulative (she lied to head office saying that no one in her store wanted to be transfered to the new store which is clearly a lie as most of us wanted to be transfer! I even spoke to one of the head huncho showing my interest at being transfer to the new store months before it was open!).

My manager is lovely, but she does have a look of the evil queen from Snow White when she's in the old lady disguise XD
She's a great manager.

My assistnat manager looks a bit like a female Jafar I suppose. She has some of the personality too, along with a bit of Ursala's personality.
backstabbing, two faced ***** >.<

I had a boss like that. The worst was when he attempted to activate his social subroutines at the Christmas party I was at and tried to talk to me and the other backroom boys. Was awkward for all involved.

Whomever the guy in The Black Cauldron is. He sits 2000 miles away, doing nothing, but still tries to meddle with us and never helps us do our job.

My boss references Firefly with no previous indication that the person she's speaking to even knows what Firefly is. My boss is awesome.

Imma hafta say Scar from the Lion King.

That bastard scammed his way into the top position, fired all the managers that gave a damn about the workers, and replaced them with his own lackeys. Then proceeded to run the place into the ground. Wow... Now that I see it written out, was my boss emulating Scar or was Scar based on a true story? I'm sad I didn't make this connection before now.
