What do you do if you are loosing? I ussally play with friends so I say my infamous loosing speech,
"Men we going to loose this battle, well they may win, BUT, we will piss them off so they will say it wasn't worth it!"
But what do you do when your team is loosing?

I keep playing the game. I don't really care if I lose. Unless it's important.

In multiplayer: If I die a lot and it stops being fun, I change servers.
In single player: If I die a lot of times, I take a break from it and return to it after calming down, doing something else, etc.

Say 'good thing I'm not left-handed'

and proceed to radically change tactics I'm using. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Depends on the game!

If anyone remembers Rocket Race on Halo 3... whenever a team looked like it was going to win, my friend and I would make a big effort to slow those people down as much as possible, to the point of just blowing their mongoose away over and over. Someone else usually won after that but we felt some sort of accomplishment from preventing one team taking the top spot too quickly.

Call of Duty... just boils down to a change of tactics. If the other teams sniper is a well oiled melon popping machine, its time to bring out the annoying grenadier of doom (and be prepared for the cries of "Noob tube!"). If they have a ton of fast moving SMG/shotgun style players I crack out the claymores and leave them in random places. Still if you're playing on your own the most this will do is prevent the other team winning with an embarrasing score difference.

I also go with the grenadier load out in times of need. I become a scourge of the battle field for all people trying to hide in cover.

If me and my friends are playing Halo 3, and I'm losing, I just quit using the magnum and find a good gun, like an SMG. As you can see, I don't lose at Halo. Ever.

If it's Guitar Hero then I just sing along with the music as far out of key as possible to distract them. We usually end up failing the song because of hysterical laughter.

What am I loosing? I need to know if I'm loosing like a catapult or something before I can say what to do...

OT and not being a dick anymore:

I keep going till I win or the other person just lets me win because they want to stop playing after trouncing me for the last 30 minutes. There may also be some profanity...

I might "doh!", I might groan, I might even be impressed with the thrashing I'm receiving, but one thing I will always do regardless is stick with it to the end. I suck at being a quitter.
