What do you have on your toast?

I have run out of topic ideas, so I thought I'd ask a simple question. What do you have on your toast? I have different things on my toast, usually netella, but sometimes I have maple syrup, because I can and it's delicious.
EDIT: If you don't like toast, just say what you have on a sandwich.

I usually just have a little butter or margarine, but you have to butter it while it's still hot so it really soaks in.

Once I put roast beef and mustard+ketchup and made a grilled sandwich.
