What do you make of the Pope?

So if many of you have been paying attention to the Catholic Church recently you most likely would have heard about the scandals involving child molestation and how the pope has harbored clerics who have done such disgusting acts. Personally, I dislike this Pope because he's far too dogmatic for my liking. So I'm just curious, what's your take on this?

P.S. I want to make it very clear that I have nothing against the Catholic Church or its religion.

I'm not catholic so i don't two crosses about the Pope..but i think it's funny that he was a Hitler youth at one point. (Yes it's true Joesph Ratzinger aka Pope Benedict the XVI used to be a nazi supporter there's a swastika logo under that pope hat)

All religion is a dogma.

Personally I don't like him cause he's the biggest religious person on the planet. And people take his word very seriously.

I hate religion. So naturally I do not like him.

HE has one of the most powerfull and important figures in the world. Every single move and word he says is echoed throught the world. I give him some credit.

BUT. His handling of the recent scandal is embarassing. Everyone knows these things go on. He should just admit it. Im by no means a messanger or God or a biblical scholar. But it seems that Jesus would want him to admit his wrongdoings and attempt to resolve the issue, rather than keep hiding it. You think that as the most powerful man in a religion you would realize that.
