Nothing. The game was good for a reason.
If anything, I wished that they kept the Water Temple. I found it to be pretty fun.

For starters I missed it. Two, I agree there isn't really anything I thought needed changing in that game. Three, everyone needs to stop complaining about that water temple it was fun just slowly pushing your way through it like all other Zelda games.

I think what they are fixing is the way you put on the iron boots, you don't have to pause to switch them. Don't quote me on that though. Personally I wouldn't mind if they added a few more mini games to give the game a little more length.

It's a good game and all, but it needs some serious revision.

-Take out all the characters and replace them with a selection of the dudes and dudettes from, say, Mario Tennis.

-Replace all levels with tennis courts.

-All swords and puzzle gameplay to be replaced with hitting a ball over a net.

-Box art altered to reflect changed content.

Then (and only then) will I buy it.

Um ... I don't want a remake. I like the way it was on the N64, I think they should leave it exactly the same. But they probably won't, they'll probably update at least the graphics. Ah well. I should probably just keep my Collectors Edition and call it good.

Yes but now you can take your game anywhere. Just think of how awesome long drives would have been had you had the legend of zelda OoT on your gameboy.

Nothing needs to be added, but the removal of Navi, or at least it's voice would be nice.

They were awesome anyway, I had OoT on my emulator on my laptop ^_^

Nothing except 3D. As mentioned earlier...

I couldn't care less if they even stuck with the exact same graphics as the N64.

Well, I haven't liked most of the recent Zeldas. So I propose they focus on a new, fresh, compelling story first of all.
Second, provide puzzles that are actually challenging.
Third, (this one's a problem with nintendo) Update the fucking graphics. I love Zelda and it's unique art form but I'm sick of their characters looking so blocky. Just once I'd like to see Link, his world, his swordplay, and all the effects in Amazing detail and clarity.
And finally, Ditch the damn peripherals. Even with the Wii Motion Plus it's sketchy at best. I just want a Zelda experience on a comprehensive and comfortable controller. On that same note, I've always wanted a jump button. The game will be fine without it but I think that this simple action alone could increase the depth of their platforming.

Increased length, both in number of dungeons and optional/hidden stuff. One thing they've improved on in Zelda games since OoT is the creation of lots of hidden side areas, some of them nearly half as long as a proper dungeon, such as the two dark tunnels in Twilight Princess, Wind Waker's various islands, or one particular cave in Spirit Tracks with four long branches out of a central chamber (in the Snow Realm I think), completely separate from the main game.

If not a Temple of Light, then let us at least see an OoT version of the Cave of Ordeals.

Improved graphics, majora's mask level sword play, and a redone soundtrack (Just touched up, not changed too much)

Besides the water temple which they said will be fixed, what do you want added to the game?
What the frak was broken about the Water Temple?

Sure it's hard, sure I need a walkthrough everytime I play it, but its challenging and doesn't hold your hand and makes you use your brain. Heaven forbid a game does that.

It's my favourite part of the game. If they are "Fixing" it then I'm probably not going to get the damn remake now.
