Plenty of gaming franchises dissapear, other go into hibanation. Here's a thread were we can all wonder were they went.
Firstly what ever happened to Timesplitters? I never played the first, but loved the second and third for there silly, arcade style shooting which was above all else, fun with plenty of parody and a few laughs. There was even a breif bit of a concept logo, but i've heard nothing from this group for ages. Is it still alive, or are they focusing on other projects?
Secondly - Rouge squadron. Again a very good N64/gamecube classic (for me atleast.) I don't like many Star Wars games but this was a good exception for me, and from memory it was well liked by critics and anything with Star Wars on it as a title tends to sell. Also rember its awesome multiplayer/co-op decision to make the entire second game as a co-op option for the third game.
Thirdly - Wouldn't be a missing game thread without Half Life 2 Episode 3. No more needs to be said.
Anybody now what happend to these, or any orther games that for wierd reasons have just dissapeared?
