What game-based movies do you own?

So I'm sure we're all quite aware that game-based movies are pretty much uniformly terrible. Most of the time they're completely unnecessary anyway.

However, I'm sure some of you have found some that you had to get anyway, for one reason or another. So, what are they?

I own two on DVD:

Super Mario Brothers (1993). This movie has a rating of 3.8/10 on IMDB [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108255/]. Pretty much one of the worst movies ever... but I can find entertainment in just how bad it is. I haven't seen it for a while but if I remember correctly, Mario and Luigi aren't even brothers (despite it being right there in the title). They're either father-son or uncle-nephew... there's an age difference of more than 20 years.

Silent Hill (2006). It wasn't brilliant but as a big fan of the game series (well, the older games) I did enjoy a reasonably faithful film adaptation.

The only one I have is Resident Evil Degeneration. I want to get some more of them, but for the most part they are really not that good x.x

I've got two:

-Doom, because it was cheap and I felt like having a good laugh. I'll occasionally watch movies precisely because I want to laugh at how bad they are (a trait I likely inherited from my dad), and this piece of crap did not disappoint.

-Dead Space: Aftermath, most parts of which were on the scale of mediocre to hilariously bad. The only part I liked (beyond the bits that were bad enough to make me laugh) was Stross's story, which was actually a relevant and well-made piece of backstory about an interesting character, and seemed to add something to the franchise beyond pointless drivel. Unfortunately, the one part that isn't pointless drivel isn't exactly good enough to make all the parts that are pointless drivel any better, or to make all the in-between CGI action any less godawful to look at.

Yeah, I think I'll mostly stick to game tie-in novels and comics. I've actually had genuinely good experiences in those fields. :p

Silent Hill: an interesting movie with great effects, good use of the music and camera angles reminiscent of the games. However, it seemed to misunderstand the series, and took had a somewhat different feel than the games (more of a thriller/mystery than horror). Sean Bean's aside was also unnecessary, and Pyramid Head's appearance was just a shoehorn for the purpose of fan service and visual effect than any sort of plot coherence or purpose. I still enjoy it though, and is nice to revisit every now and then.

Resident Evil: Degeneration: a CGI sequel to the Resident Evil games. It's entertaining, faithful to the series canon, and the animation is great. A little slow at times, but it's still alot of fun to watch.

I've got 3:

Resident Evil, not good, but not the worst film I've seen. Could be worse, could be one of the sequels.

Hitman: Don't understand why this got as bad reviews as it did, I honestly didn't think it was THAT bad.

BloodRayne: Yeah, I've been meaning to get rid of this for ages.

I only have one, Mortal Kombat, and it's awesome. It's terrible in a way that makes it great.

I've seen many, but Mortal Kombat is so far the only one I think I need to own.
Doom was disappointing, because it was more Resident Evil than Doom (the first person sequence was cool though), Super Mario Bros had nothing to do with Mario, it was just a bad movie.
Usually the movies have little in common with the game they're supposed to be based on.

I dunno if Resident Evil: Degeneration or Final Fantasy: Advent Children necessarily count, as they are canon and made by the developers...

Also, it may be more of a multimedia project, but I do own .hack//Legend of the Twilight. And in my own little bizarre, must-make-everything-dark-and-edgy world, 9 is the PERFECT adaptation of LittleBigPlanet. But yeah, other than that, I got nothing.

Resident Evil... uh, that's it, thankfully, though I'm tempted to give it to thrift shop, just to spare me the space the disc/box is taking up.

However, ask my about comic book/graphic novel films and I will give you a list and hang my head in shame!

I have Resident Evil 1 - 4 (managed to pick them up in a bundle for £14. Shweet.) They're not amazing films, but I don't think their bad...just...don't really think of them as Resident Evil films. Also I dislike how 'badass' Claire is, and their obsessions with smoking.

Hitman: again, not a bad film. Timothy Oliphant (sp?) is a decent actor, although not who I would have personally chosen for 47, but all in all it's quite a good film I think.

And Advent Children which, if you like those kind of films, is awesome. Admittedly a lot better if you've played FFVII and know what's happening, but I have friends who haven't and they still said they enjoyed it, albeit a tad confused.

I think that's it...

Yea, didn't find anything...

OT:
Doom, because I actually kind of liked it for the cheesy over the top reminiscence.
and
Every Resident Evil, because they're Resident Evil and I get to stare at either Jill Valentine, Alice, or Claire Redfield for a good 2 and a half hours each movie.

It's an animated movie. There are 2 in fact.

I'm guessing you didn't look all that hard ;P

OT: I pretty much have all the Resident Evil ones. And does Gamer count?

Battlefield Los Angeles. Yeah, I know...but watch it and tell me it isn't Modern Warfare or Battlefield, because it is, it may not be based directly on a game but (like Scott Pilgrim) it is a 'video-game movie'

I'm sure he just blanked the existence of those two travesties from his memory as a defense mechanism. I don't recommend forcing the truth on him any further or you may cause irreparable harm to his psyche.

I think the only movie I have that's based off of a video game is Advent Children. I love that movie.
