Batman and Skyrim, I mean, how could I not be waiting for Skyrim after seeing a dragon randomly launch a troll miles into the air?
Wasn't Hawken at E3? Anyhow, it's an upcoming mech-FPS. Look it up, it's awesome.
Diablo III, if they featured it? Also (obviously) Skyrim.

Toss up between Saints Row 3 and Arkham City. I'm honestly not sure which one will be better, all I know is I'm going to enjoy judging that. Skyrim would be there, but Oblivion was a massive disappointment, so I'm expecting nothing from Skyrim. That's not to say I think it'll be bad, it's actually looking like it'll be great, but I'm not gonna get excited until it's released.
Halo Anniversary was the one that really took the cake for me.
Why?
-Yes, it is a remake of a 10 year old game.
-The same game I voted as my personal 1# on the top 100 games thread that has been made.
-They are remaking it to go with the times graphically, while leaving the single player experience (gameplay, story and physics) mostly untouched. This is also topped by the fact that they are adding things like terminals and easter eggs in the game to add to its replay value.
Then following up is Saints Row 3, Mass Effect 3 and Halo 4.

Mass Effect 3, Skyrim and after seeing gameplay of Saint's Row the Third, I already know I will love it.

Sly 4 and FarCry 3 were obviously huge surprises and I'm very happy with those announcements. I wish more gameplay was shown of Hitman, even though some of it got leaked and looked pretty cool. Skyrim stole the entire E3. Did you see that? Anyone who saw that and wasn't impressed are borderline insane.

I never got to play Peace Walker (No PSP) so that'll be cool, plus, seems like they're going through a LOT more effort than the typical port/emulation collection these days.
