Bio matter. Milk. Its my main source of protein, and it gives me the motivation to do a lot of things. Don't feel like going to the gym? Half gallon of milk, BAM, motivation. Sore and tired from 8 hours work? 2 cups, BAM, I can go another 5 hours. Need to get up and get a cup of milk in the middle of the night? 1 cup, BAM, I'm pouring another cup. I could live off milk for my entire life.
