What if GTA used the Frostbite 2 engine?

Topic title says it all, how do you think the game would look like if they used the frostbite 2 engine?

It would look too bright, but also too dark. Extreme contrasts everywhere. Unrealistic lighting, bloom, light rays, and shadows. And the pedestrians would be constantly eaten by the ground. Well...only if Dice developed it.
