What is the best 360 game out?

I'm new to the xbox 360 gaming, and so far ive played GTA 4, GoW and GoW2, and Dead Rising. Theres plenty of others ive been looking at, but i was wondering which one is the best, whether it be shooting, MMORPG, or whatever, just wondering.

I would recommend The Orange Box, Braid, Fallout 3 and Bioshock. Although that fully depends on your personal gaming tastes.

I would have to recommend Left 4 Dead. It can be a little short, but it can provide months of entertainment and that is hard to find in a game. If you don't like it then I don't know, any sandbox game can be entertaining really.

you should also try burnout paradise. i loved playing it, never gets boring. Oh and it's the only racing game i've ever liked

Fallout 3 by far, hell Yahtzee liked it and he hates everything under the sun and God.
Also Dead Rising is a lot of fun once you get a few levels under your belt.

if you cant get it on PC or want to play with a friend Left For Dead.

otherwise you have the options of Gears Of War 2 (For action lovers)
Fallout 3
Dead Rising (Honest to God great fun but lacks any form of mutliplayer)
Braid (cheapest on the list aswell)
Crackdown (an Old launch title that i have had so much fun with)

and dont get Orange box on Xbox get it on PC if anything

Ninja Gaiden 2. Okay, the camera is terrible, but the disembowelling never gets boring. I realise how crazy that makes me sound, but give it a go. Probably Gears of War is the best XBOX360 exclusive game I have played. Oblivion is one of the best games i have ever played, so that would be the absolute first recommendation (although, um, I mentioned it at the end, because I got carried away with the disembowweling. Sorry.)

Halo 3, Assassin's Creed, Gears 1-2, PES 09, (came as a bundle. It's like chocolate covered crack.) Bioshock, Rockband 1 and 2, R6 Vegas, Forza, and Saint's row. and Ninja Gaiden II. Hooray for flying limbs!

Personally, I've found the best multiplayer experience (which you don't already own) to be Halo 3, the best single player game to be Assassins Creed, the best racer to be GRID, the best fighter to be DOA 4, and the best all round package to be The Orange Box. It really depends what you're looking for. Best unexpected awesomeness is the Condemned series though. Heavily recommend those two. they'd be top three for me.
