What is the best potential game that got cancelled?

Simple, what game seemed awesome that a company was working on that got cancelled that seemed to be the BEST one to you?

I would say simply, Torn. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Isle%27s_Torn It was a Black Isle 3d RPG that got cancelled. It seemed like it was going to have a bit of crazy philosophy like Planescape: Torment but a little bit more grounded in familiar things.

Starcraft: Ghost. Great universe and all, but it would also have been so interesting to see Blizzard take on a shooter (although Titan could possibly answer that).

Well, recently I was looking forward to Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned. But it's not cancelled. Looked like it could be a lot of fun.

And then there's Thrill Kill, which also looked like it could have been a lot of fun. Thankfully, its engine still got used in other games.

Ride to Hell, it was supposed to be a motorcycle game based in the 60s and it looked really cool and it was being developed by Deep Silver. I'm pretty sure they cancelled it because of Lost and Damned.

I would have to say Starcraft: Ghost, it would have been the first, FPS Starcraft game made. it would have been for xbox, ps2 and gamecube. that is before it got canceled

Star Wars: Battlefront III.

Van Buren (although you could say they're bringing it back in New Vegas DLC).

Radical Entertainment's 2010 Crash Bandicoot. It possibly could've redeemed them for the atrocity that was...their Crash Bandicoot games.

Seriously, Starcraft: Ghost is probably the best cancelled game of all time. Nothing that anyone can bring up could ever compare.

It's gotta be this. The Command and Conquer fans would of loved it and FPS shooter fans would love the squad based control of GDI units including Wolverine Mechs and ORCA's. You were a GDI commando, that helped GDI control and defend the last SCRIN tower, if anyone remembered and/or didn't play Command and Conquer 3.

It had so much potential IDK why EA canceled it.

B.C. for me. There aren't nearly enough games that let players take the role of cave people (and none of those let the player be a cave woman) fighting dinosaurs. Yes, Tomba has pink hair, but he's all man and Bonk's just a meat head.

There aren't even a bunch of lackluster adaptations of the Flintstones to tide anyone over until a proper entry in the genre comes along!
