what is the greatest sport in the world?

This is not something where you support the game that you play but what you think is the best/greatest sport played in the world. The criteria for measuring this is up to you. It could be based on pure dexterity, physical challenge, strategy, national or international coverage or just pure awesomeness.

For example I play football (soccer) but I think Rugby is an awesome sport. It's a fast paced game with a whole lot of skill involved and there is lots of variation to it like rugby union and rugby league.

Starcraft is a good one to watch, but my favourite sport would have to be Baseketball. My psyche-outs are to die for.

Mountain biking in it's various forms.

Requires massive fitness, skill and bravery, pretty much free of drug cheats, based entirely on individual ability, dangerous enough to be exciting.

It's also the nicest sport I've ever been involved in, even at World Championships everyone just wants to have fun (and win). None of that aggressive fans/participants bullshit that affects just about every other major sport on the planet.
