My opinion, when Bourne goes at it with Desh in The Bourne Ultimatum. That fight is seriously awesome.

Being Japanese, I find this semi-hard to say...

But Ip man was fucking awesome.

I mean... fuck, man that's intense.

Edit: I just remembered as well... You guys know Bruce Lee? Yeah, Ip man was the guy who taught him how to fight.

The most realistic?

They Live

I choose this also. Keith David and Rowdy Roddy Piper are fantastic in the film, plus, it really showcases John Carpenter's excellent directorial talent.

This is my favourite ending that happens to include a fight scene, and probably my favourite ending of all time.

This must not register on an emotional level...
While I tend to try to turn away from some of my more girly tenancies, I can never not bring myself to swoon over Robert Downey Jr. that scene.

OT: Um... Neo versus the army of Smiths from The Matrix: Reloaded?

EDIT: Or the final fight scene from Legend of the Drunken Master:

My favorite is the one from Inception. The amount of work that went into that scene is astounding.

Bruce Lee versus Chuck Norris in Way of the Dragon.

And no, not because of "omglolchucknorris".
I appreciate it mainly because it is an example of two down-to-earth and finely coreographed performances made possible by their respective physical capabilities.
No wire-fu or other tricks like that (if some rather over-enthusiastic sound effects.)
Just two people who know what they're doing.

By your lack of clarity in talking about the the fight scene like it's a monolithic entity, I assume you're talking about the one taking place in the hotel between Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character and the no-name extras.

Kudos for that (that film was unadulterated Chinese nationalistic guff... fuzzy nationalistic guff, granted), and I raise you (it's really three fights in one scene, but who cares, Donnie Yen's still awesome):

Personally, I like:

Not bad considering they're both 'just dancers'. And damnit, can't find a Mandarin track...

And I am yet to see a better animated fight than this:

Though the boxing episode from GitS:SAC Gig 1 with Batou vs the Russian (the gym fight) was pretty damn cool, too.

That whole movie was unreal.
It's hard to say whether it was better than the original or not but it shows just how good Jackie is at what he does.
