Ok theres this rock band that did this song called 'angels' And they have a female lead singer And she sings in a really high pitch voice. does anybody know the name of the band?

All right, I've never heard of the song or the band, but about 30 seconds of googling told me that the band you're looking for is "Within Temptation."
