What is your current Minecraft home like?

Title is elf explanatory. I have a home and a base. my home is a really long hall, but it doesn't have much in it because it's a new world. My base is a small dist hut with a huge underground, including expanisve mines and a large farm.

But I'm not ultra-amazing, so you guys probably have much cooler homes.

It's nothing fancy, just a two floor square thing with a roof on it. I don't know why I even put in that second floor, the only thing i've used it for was putting my nether portal up there.

I have a main entrance with a load of furnaces and a bench built into a mountain, the first thing I built.
From that room I have a storage room all labelled and whatnot, underneath that room I have small indoor versions of automated sugarcane and egg farms along with a corridor to a nether portal.
Upwards I have 2 outdoor gardens, one for bread and one for melons. Higher still I have my bed, then above the clouds I have a glass lookout thing.
Surrounded by a lava moat and various entrances now, with a waterfall that has an underground obsidian farm under it.

Currently building a pyramid in the desert though which I think might become my main base for a while as it's fairly big. (40x40)

You grow a bunch of brown mushrooms and make them huge. Then put some dirt on top, and plant red ones, or if you want another floor add more browns. Red goes on top, and then you just build walls.

If you put bonemeal on a mushroom you get a really big mushroom. These are quite good for building around. I assume that's what EHKOS means...?

I live in a collection of wooden huts raised about 15 blocks off the ground, with a very big library/art gallery and a floating farm. I have a floating mob-trap nearby, and I have a railway leading to the hollowed out mountain that contains my nether portal.

I built an underwater palace out of glass. It also goes a little ways into the side of the lake so that I can place beds and such, since you can't put anything on glass. It looks really cool and it's fun to watch squids swim by.

I'm working on building a giant flying pirate ship for my new home.

That too, but it's a big grey blob in the landscape on a map and has a very large library below, a few layers off bedrock.

People have built bigger, but I mostly hate it because for weeks he went off to do his thing. I built a dozen semi-nice large-ish things in the time it took him to basically dig a hole in the ground. His efforts were/are more ginormous than the actual building

A small brick house, stone roof, wood floor. But, there's a ladder going down, into:

I'll be expanding it soon into a large, underground cave.

Wooden tower on the very edge of the highest mountain I could find. Got a full balcony on the second sixth floors, indoor pool and a nether portal on the roof. I have a farm/lumber yard around the tower but haven't fenced it all in yet.

Eventually plan on making a space station thing complete with TNT launchers and a lava death ray, but that's a ways away.

It was once a majestic 5 story building with halls of gold....now its a smoldering crater (You people probably know why)
