Mine would have to be Cooler's Revenge because Piccolo kicks all of Cooler's minions asses with ease. Second favorite would be Bojack (I love seeing Gohan kick some ass).

Yeah, Broly: The Legendary Super Sayin, the second coming and bio Broly are fucking terrible and suck really hard. Lord Slug and Cooler's revenge are VERY good as well, I love the music they use.

If we could include TV specials, History of Trunks for sure, GO ONE ARMED GOHAN!!! Speaking of which, the only game to fucking include him with 1 arm is shitty DBZ Sagas. Get your act together game makers! Even Tenkaichi 3 had him with two arms, yet all his attacks only used his right arm and legs!!!!

aww man, Bardock: father of goku was the only non-normal tv DBZ thing I've watched. Not to mention it brought us this.

Hmmm, I'd say Broly: Second coming on a, you know critical level, cool soundtrack, as usual the funimation voice actors sell the hell out of it (Broly's Voice Actor mainly).

But I'd say that fusion reborn and Cooler's Revenge were pretty close 2nds. I mean Janemba and Cooler are just so cool, and isn't what these movies -- and the whole of DBZ for that matter -- are for?

I'd go with Broly: The legendary super saiyan for several reasons.
1. Broly is just brilliant (although I wish they had found a better way to kill him, the whole, "everyone give power to Goku" effectively means no one needed to die to Cell or pretty much any villain if it can turn the tables that quickly)

2. With a sufficiently large crowbar and a little bit of "Well they could have done this...", the movie can be made canon (at least in my mind).

I only seen the first 6 so far (how come they never release the other on TV during the time when they aired the movies?). I guess Cooler's Revenge is probably my favourite due to the fact that Cooler is cooler than Freiza (he lived up to his name).
Before you asked, no I'm too lazy to look up for the rest of the movies.

I'm going to say Wrath of the Dragon because it's different from all the other movies in both story and concept.

Instead of being about some super crazed movie villain who spends 99% of the movie beating the everloving crap out of the Z Fighters, only to be defeated at the last minute by some move or technique that they could have done earlier or are non-cannon (at least not until GT), it tells the story of a lone warrior, sealed away to prevent a giant invincible monster from returning and completely obliterating the universe. It also focuses on the movie only character Tapion, as well as Trunks (who is my favorite DBZ character), and it shows how Kid Trunks would've inherited the cool sword that Future Trunks wields.

I've only seen the first five and honestly, Cooler's Revenge is the only one I didn't hate. I might seek out Return of Cooler since I genuinely enjoyed Cooler's Revenge. I haven't seen it in a few years though honestly.

1st: Broly, The Legendary Super Saiyan. I did despise the fact they again depicted Vegeta as a weak pussy who wouldn't even fight when he realized what he was up against but except that it was a good movie

2nd: Fusion Reborn. Gogeta ftw.
