Ahh. The sandwich. I personally consider it to be the perfect food. But sandwiches come in many forms, flavors, and varieties. From sweet to spicy to bitter to salty, they range in almost any way. My personal favorite sandwich is the chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and onion, sprinkled with a few red chili flakes. What is yours? Be detailed!

Do breakfast sandwiches count? Because if so: Bacon, Egg and Cheese. The best parts of every breakfast, all contained in another great part of that meal (I prefer using toast, but bagels are ok as well.)...it's almost breakfast time, so now you've inspired me to take a nice little walk to get a certain sandwich. Thanks.

The classic Reuben. Corned beef and sauerkraut on rye bread with swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. Also damn tasty with pastrami.

A good "Sandvich" needs the following to satisfy me.

-Multigrain bread with whole grains
-Animal products, meat, eggs, ect.
-Other, cheese, pickles, ect.
-Vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, ect.
-Condiments! Ketchup, Relish, Mustard.

My favorite specific combination is, honeygrain bread, dill pickles, lettuce, cheddar, kethcup, mustard, sauerkraut, and salami.

Crap now I am hungry.

I don't like sandwiches. I just don't. Go ahead, kill me with your hurtful words.

A minibaguette with chicken and an atombombed amount of thick curry. Oh man I swear I'll go and buy one now just because it sounds so tasty.

Maybe you just never took the time to create a good sandvich. I mean that in all honesty, i was bleh on the subject because I only ever made PB&J, but one day I made myself the glorious wonder I listed previously and my world changed, millions of cupboard doors opened and revealed an endless array of tasty burger shaped treats.

Perhaps. But I just don't want to waste ingredients on experience when I don't even like the concept of a sangvich.

Roast Beef, Pepper Jack Cheese, Iceburg, Red Onion, and Bacon on a Kaiser Roll with Spicy Mayo. Serve with crisps and some bread & butter pickles.

Or

Grilled Ham and Cheddar with garlic butter instead of regular butter.

I could keep going, but these are two personal favorites. Between my love of sandwiches and love of experimenting with food, I've come up with some really weird (but delicious) combinations over the years (far too many to list here).
