The title says it all.
For me it is undoubtedly math. to me it is nothing you can think critically about. Its not something you can ponder on you way home from class. It is just so static for me.

English, it requires you to read too much into things. I never got why people expect others to take a work for more than its face value. If you can do that then great wonderful, but sometimes I like to read without wondering what I just read means.

I think your problem stems from the fact that math is pretty much completely theory, if you want to think critically then look into applications of the theory that you learn.

I think the only class I hated taking was macro-economics, I had to take that class and it sucked. It probably didn't help that my teacher was a complete idiot, or completely oblivious, and made it boring.

Other than that I liked every class I had to take, especially English, was fun.

Was.
I'd have to say my most hated was social studies, for five years they taught us the exact same four things, treaty of waitangi, World wars, Australias history (for some utterly arbitary reason since I live in New Zealand) and the last one... my memory fails me tbh I always stopped caring in social studies so my memory of it is hazy.
Either way it was the fact it was just the exact same four lessons every single year that drove me up the wall.

French can and always should go fuck itself with a rusty pipe. I hated that lesson with a passion. It's not that I don't think learning French is useless, it just shouldn't be forced.

Anyway, by the time we start taking the lesson our brains have reached a point where learning a whole new language is hard as fuck and takes hours of dedication. Not 1 hour in a classroom filled with another 25 kids and a pissed off teacher.

Maths. Fuck you fractions, fuck you arithmetic, and fuck you everything else about it. At least English allows you to be creative!

The only subject I like in school is English. I find all the other subjects to be totally soul crushing, I don't know if I could pick out one that was worse than the others.

Art followed closely by music and drama; Solely because they are mostly, or completely in the case of art, useless and dead.

English...when and where I did it (Aus, NSW, 10 years ago) it was about regurgitating whatever the teacher wanted to hear about whatever PC bullshit was in at the moment.

Now, I hate people who automatically dismiss things as PC, but in this case...we had to say how poems prove the importance of multiculturalism.

We had to all feel terribly guilty about how "we" oppressed "them" (usually Aborigines, because none of "them" go to school, and all of "us" are the oppressors)...not to make as examine issues, but so we can feel all fulfilled...we aren't ignoring them, we totally felt guilty about something once.

Oh, yeah, and the Russkies and the chinks are inhuman vermin who must, must die.

Oh, and more multiculturalism, in that we say we are multicultural and tolerant, and that's what matters, right?

When i was in school it was R.E.(Religious studies) It was just your own opinion and didn't teach you anything that could help you in life.

I currently really hate my PoliSci class... I love learning about how government works and the history and workings behind it, but when applied to today, I just constantly feel out of the loop with everything...

I also don't like science. I've just never really been good at it.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Math, I like the concept of math since its pretty much the only thing that you can be 100% sure of but I'm not good at it and so many math books like to show you how to do only so much of a problem, I'm the kind of person that needs to see an example exactly like the problem I'm doing or else I over-think the fuck out of it and end up getting it wrong or just getting stuck.
