Easy enough, just read the title for the question.

I have an iPhone 4, because I wanted an iPod and phone in one and I didn't mind paying a little bit for that attached to the plan I already had.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray. My parent insist that I must get a smartphone on my Birthday eventhought I rarely use a mobile phone at all.
I bought that phone because the specs were good while the price was in the middle. I didn't want to buy a cheap phone with crappy spec nor a expensive one so that smarthphone fit the bill.

An HTC Incredible S. It has a different name in the US, but I honestly can't be arsed to look it up. Droid 2 or something?

It's a cool phone. Has a rubber back or whatever.
Battery's complete bollocks, though.

I have a blackberry something or other. Like everyone in the world who owns one, it's because I work for a large company, and that's what they gave me so I can respond to emails during the few hours of the day I am not at work. Yay.

Sony Ericsson W200i. It came out in 2007, I believe, and I've had mine since 2008. Basically, it's lasted this long despite the fact I drop it contnuously by accident (a modern marvel in this day and age - it's bloody resilient), and it has pretty much every number I have saved on there. I don't want to upgrade to a smartphone, because I already have an iPod Touch (latest gen.) that does everything a smartphone does anyway save for the Wifi instead of 3G (which often annoys me) and the fact that it's also a mobile phone. I will upgrade eventually, but only when my current phone dies, and it doesn't seem like that will be happening anytime soon. I'm a rare breed in the modern era in that I actually look after things and value things that are built to last...

Samsung Galaxy S, because I like Android and it was a substantial step up from the G1 phone that I had before. (Not having a physical keyboard took some getting used to, though.)

I never wanted one, but I got a iPhone 4 as a gift and nearly instantly got addicted to its features. Now I see why no one wants a 3ds.

High five!

Same here - it was almost my first Android phone. I was choosing between that and a couple of HTC phones but Galaxy S won over because it had more storage space, a larger screen which was also Super AMOLED compared to the "normal" AMOLED displays the HTC ones had. I'm happy with it and I managed to convince a couple of other people to buy it as well. Well, by "convince" I mean they weren't sure which Android phone to go for and I just gave them mine to try it out and they liked it.

Oh, and no external keyboard kind of sucks. I used a phone with one and it was so much more convenient. But anyway, it's a small flaw.

The one I got free with my contract, because it's the cheapest contract I could get, which worked out cheaper than my pay as you go tariff most months.

I use it for texting, and the occasional call. It has a camera, but I've never used it; same goes for its internet capabilities, and I've deleted most of the internet crap to make space for more messages.

This is it, or something similar:

Mine doesn't have a stylus though.

FREEEEEEEEE.

Lasted me two years now, too.

I got an iPhone 4S about 3 months ago, I'm pretty happy with it. I mainly just wanted access to iTunes and the app store - it's useful for music since I didn't already have an iPod. Before that I had a Nokia E71 which was frankly awful. It's a wannabe Blackberry and is clunky as hell to use, so any modern touchscreen phone would have been an improvement.

How sexy is that phone?

I had a SE phone before this one, so I'm used to both the settings and the little 'quirks' of a SE phone. I own a touch, so all I'd want an iPhone for is the 3G app usage, but I want keys for my texting, and to put the phone to my ear without fear of tapping anything on the touch-screen with my ear...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace, and I love it. I got it because it was given to me for free with a good contract.

I have a Droid Bionic because I simply don't care for Apple or Blackberry devices. I've had Android phones since the Motorola Droid. Also, in my area we get a 4g signal and this phone is super fast. Of course here in a few months it will be time again that my work will pay for a new phone so I will probably have something different here in not too long and pass the Droid Bionic along to someone on my sales/tech team that doesn't get a free phone every year.

Same here!

The only problem I had was finding a proper case for it.

Samsung Galaxy S2, because my old iphone contract ran out around the time it launched.

I mostly got it to know what it feels like to have the absolute best phone on the market at any time. It's still a remarkably quick and capable smartphone. It'll definitely see me through until my next upgrade date and i'll consider just keeping it if it still works.

I have a... Samsung... Like... 10 years old. Or more.
Love it though. Does what a phone is supposed to and... stuff.

*cries*

Perhaps I should join the mainstream for once and get a new phone.

This is what I'm rocking.
As to why, it was a free phone so why not? Lasted me a good year or so now and it has Tetris on it. So...yeah.
