Just wondering what some of the people on here are into?

Metal, dance, rave, pop? And give some of your favourite bands or songs.

I'm a metal man personally, going to see Arnocorps and Dragonforce in the near future.

Gilbert and Sullivan are real? I thought they were just a Simpson joke (Sideshow bob love Gilbert and Sullivan but hates Gilbert O'Sullivan) and join the club classical sure gets bashed.

Edit: Actually I don't really mind that you haven't heard of G & S but I was just a little surprised to see that an implied classical fan hasn't heard of them. Anyway try H.M.S Pinafore or the Gondoliers.

My fav bands/artists would be - Miles Davis, Buck 65, Audioslave, Jamiroquai, Red hot chili peppers, Opeth, The Clash, Rancid, Weather Report.

I love pretty much all aspects of music, Playing, watching, listening, composing, the history, recording and performing!

Punk, most sub-genres except chaos and crust. Chaos and crust just bug the crap out of me. Metal, like, thrash, heavy, power, death, and melodic death metal. Underground hip-hop, which is basically just punk to a different beat. Oldies and Doo-wop. Classic rock and funk. And then some techno on the side.

Primarily punk and thrash though.

Rock. Any rock. Metal rocks. Hair is decent. Punk is good. Soft is ok. I just like rock.

(And on a tangent, I live in a community surrounded by people obsessed with hip-hop and rap, who are completely ignorant of the fact that it sucks. I go to the dances, I put up with their radio stations, but if I even try to play ONE SONG ((and not even that 'hard' of a song)), I get yelled at. Grr...)
