To be fair the only mods I've got just prettify Cyrodiil and make the UI nicer. They generally fill the cracks that the original game had. Presuming that Skyrim fills these cracks on release I can't think of any I'd like to carry over... I do love Natural Environments and Natural Weather, so hopefully Skyrim has some great weather cycles and good looking aesthetics.

OOO, definately. No other mods even come close. Well, Korana's houses were amazing too, I suppose. Love that girl's stuff.

Crowded cities and roads.
You'd think on the road to the Imperial city there'd be a bit more than a wolf, or the occasional bandit and guard.

OOO and MMM were brilliant, as were the texture packs. I hope they've influenced Skyrim at least a little bit.

On a more shallow level, the cosmetic mods that I'd like to see in Skyrim include the realistic light mod, the clocks of Cyrodil mod, and the indoor lighting mod that meant windows actually lit up at night. It's amazing how much these little things you don't even think of do to increase immersion.

How did I forget this?

A colored map. I just can't play with the very light brown map anymore. I just can't do it.

Also, indoor lighting, deadly reflex(although they seem to have incorporated some features of that mod already, which is awesome), Dragon Mount, and something like Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul.

Why OOO when you could go all the way with FCOM? Its pretty easy to install now compared to before because it has been so well documented.
