What old video games would you like to see redone?

Your reason could be based on graphics, better writing, or even changing of genre. For me personally, I would like to see Freedom Fighters for the cube redone. I loved the concept and all it needed was better graphics.

OT: Most of the ones I think of are already being done... Half-Life (the Balck Mesa mod) and Goldeneye (the new Wii one). I guess Perfect Dark.

Probably better in gaming discussion, but I would go for Alien Breed from the Amiga. That would be absolutely fucking awesome as an FPS but the technology for it just wasn't around at ther time.

Regardless of where this thread belongs, I want to chime in with a long-time wish of mine: a remake of the original Carmageddon. Oh God, to be able to play that game on a modern computer, without any tweaks beyond the purely cosmetic, over a modern network. I'd be in road rage heaven.

System shock 2. I haven't played it, but the idea of enemies who are essentially sentient humans turned into killing machines, and therefore horrified at the very acts they're doing.
