Now This game does not look like it will give you boost based on what class you chose like in Oblivion but whatever you USE... A mage who uses sword alot will get better with blades.. eventually!! I made up a Battle-necro where I summoned but also used a bow, sword, light armor, and healing spells mixed with illusion from the start in Oblivion. Now basic fighting looks more amazing, having finishing executions and better looking melee in general...

what class or traits will you choose to use most you think?

I'll probably start off with a straight up Warrior; get the feel for the game, then throw in some magic in my creation.

And I'll also make guys specifically suited for different quest lines too

An Argonian assassin as usual. I'm going to try to dual wield daggers too. I'm going to play a raptor.

Probably some sort of mage type class(I'm always the mage), if I do end up getting Skyrim, which isn't very likely.

A Nord with a Sword/ axe and a hammer and I will name him Ymir after the Norse god
I'm going to picture and say that every time I get a sneak attack.

Well I wasn't really sure what my race was going to be, but now I know!

So yeah, Argonian Assassin type.

I usually go for a ranger-mage combination. I'm big on bows and sneaking, but with added alchemy, conjuration, and alteration. I may dabble into enchanting as well. It's as fast as killing as, say, a witchhunter (which it's pretty much a variant on), but it's defensive enough to live through just about any engagement.

Wood Elf. A custom class of mine called Hunter That I made in Oblivion. Marksman, Light armor, Sneak, Security, Acrobatics, athletics, and speechcraft. I loved it in Oblivion, I am sure I will in Skyrim.

Though I will be renaming it as Sniper. Sneak attacking from long range is fucking fun.

I will have fun as a Wood elf Sniper.

All of them, I have the problem where I am not happy with the class I choose and then will restart the game to make a new class and become bored with that and then restart again to play a new class. Have this repeat endlessly and that is how I will play skyrim. My first class will most likely be a heavy armored swordsman.

I think Ymir was a giant, not one of the Aesir. My norse mythology is a bit rusty though.

I'll probably go straight tank my first playthrough, and change it up as I go.

No your right, his blood is the oceans, the earth..his skull. The gods killed him and used his body to make our living world. All symbolic but I'm a pagan and can say that. Christians be good to learn that lesson of learning the message, not the literal words as they are just as silly

Assassin killing with bow and arrow from stealth. As far as magic goes, gonna go with Illusion to supplement my stealth and Destruction for when things get rough. Not sure on the race yet, have to see the bonuses and what looks I can pull off with different races. Likely an elf if I get a choice though (ie. if a racial bonus of someone else doesn't pull me away).

Well, first of all, Skyrim has no class system. Not remotely at all.

Now with that tidbit out of the way, I'll be playing a Nord like I always do (at least in my first game). I'll definitely start going magic, but I will of course eventually end up training myself in a bit of everything. Aside from magic though, I plan on dual-wielding axes as my go-to melee style, which I think would go very well with use of the very heaviest of armors.
