This is what I want to hear, if it won't have it I will look for a mod that has it, which I have no doubt will be made by the community.

Either Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, or the 1945 version of Rum and Coca Cola by the Andrews Sisters.

Pretty much anything and everything in this range:

On a more specific note, I would LOVE to hear this:

THIS. Vera Lynn should definitely be heard in a Fallout game. This song is perfect for the credits.

They're great. We got one of their songs in Fallout 3, so hopefully we'll get Bugle Boy.

To quote Drak, HELL YES TO THE SHIT YES!

Given that the setting is Vegas, they gotta include some songs that have a certain kind of showmanship. Like this:

The original black betty.
Funny as hell and reminds me of the "I don't want to set the world on fire"

I want to hear someone play some metal and everyone give that person strange looks.

you beat me to it. I was going to say that :p
This is why I'm glad there are mods for Fallout 3 (even if 4chan made it so I will never ever touch that game again) that enable you to edit in your own music. Besides, for a game that long the default songs ended up being heard way too many times. Seriously I heard them so many times I had a moment of insanity where I took off all my armor and weapons and ran into the deathclaw sanctuary just to stop the pain.

Since we'll be so close to the old Wild West, I was hoping I might be able to wander the irradiated desert and listen to something like this while wearing a sombrero:

I'd like more Louis Armstrong, and anything by the Rat Pack would be swell. It would be neat if they had one the the Rat Pack songs...

Or maybe if they could do a recreation of the performance the Rat Pack did of this one:

Perfect, not to mention the lyrics "I've got the world on a string" could be used as a metaphor for the power of nuclear weapons. Or maybe I'm just thinking about it too much...
