Also anything by Meshuggah gets me ready.

To "settle your nerves", I dunno.

"None shall pass" by Aesop Rock is a nice combination of calming/focussing and pumping up for me.

Some people may disagree, but a song that really gets me focused and pumped is East Hastings by God Speed! You Black Emperor.

Its quite a long song, the one I've posted is still isn't the full version, I think.

It starts really slow to relax you and picks up speed through the entire song. Tap your foot and you'll be pumped by the end. at 7+ minutes you'll be ready for anything.
