I've had the fable 2 strategy guide for the better part of a week and just a little while ago I made an interesting discovery; there's no mana in fable 2. In the list of potions there's no mana potions to refill your mana, and in screen shots there's no mana bar only a health bar. So how do you think fable is going to put a limit on how much you can use spells? My vote goes for something like a cool down period.
P.S. I know its not called mana I just forgot what it was called and figured everyone would understand what I meant.
