What the heck is this guy saying?

Okay so long story short I'm visiting Japan in the summer and I'm wanting to get some cool merch. I've watched this guy's video who's bought a shitload of cool Pokemon stuff but I can't for the life of me understand what he's saying or referring to:


At 9:58 he says "All this shit is from mandra kaaay" or something and I was hoping someone here knows what he's talking about. Is it a town or a shop or something? I've googled "mandra" and many variations but I've got nothing.

So someone who knows what he's on about, please tell me.

I'm even learning Japanese, I should have considered the ke at the end instead of "'kay" like okay.

It was an easy enough mistake to make. He pronounces the "dar" part so quickly it drops the "a" sound entirely and slightly elongates the "kay" syllable. I almost didn't catch it myself.
