What type of people deserve to be killed?

I was thinking about this topic when I was discussing with a friend what I would do if I was the dictator of the world. So I was wondering what type of people you would most like to be killed off. Please don't be racist or sexist and just say something like "All African American's" Or "All Men". I want to know who you think most deserves to choke to death of a bag of porridge. Me? I would love to see most government officals killed off, most rednecks, Bible-bashers and Those stupid early to mid twenty something guys who go walking around with their shirts off and their pants around their thighs....

Now I know a bit how Hitler felt... Or maybe I should just get some Professional help... But anyway tell me who you think should get the axe to the back... It's always interesting to see who others hate.

no one, those who most people say deserve death, i.e. pedophiles, murderers, rapists, politicians ect, should have a much more soul destroying punishment. no 'breach of human rights due to bad living conditions' crap, why should they deserve fair living with what they did to other people. i bet the last thing a rapist would think of is 'what about this persons human rights', so why should we think of theirs? there are worse things than death.
