Most of the time I hear mine but when I read comments of people bitching about stuff I hear a whiny 12 year old.

Usually my own unless it's a friend of mine whom I either know what they sound like or have developed my own voice for them.

Usually mine but sometimes Morgan Freeman's voice finds its way in there. I have no idea how and I don't care.

Interesting question OP, and now that I think about it, I hear the voice of a middle class white person from England, almost always male.

Professor Farnsworth

"Good news everyone! I've invented a machine that makes you read everything in my voice!"

I don't. I don't translate the words into a voice, I translate them into information.
This.

I only ever read internally when someone does something like this:

I used to when I was a kid, but it just kind of faded.

The two main voices are: For normal comments - my own, but using Adam Savage's tonal inflections for emphasis :p
and for Whiny comments - the fake-Rodrigo voice, as done by Matthew from Critical Hit: the Major Spoilers D&D Podcast

My own voice. Its the only one that belongs in my head. That and differetn versions and pitches of it. Either that or just silence.
