Mine was shadow the hedgehog. I use to like shadow a lot more then sonic, and when I found out about his game I was so excited! unfortunetly the game sucked, the story sucked, and everything about it SUCKED. who gives you a moral choice where all you can do is bad things except some things are worse to other people then they are too you. and why would you give a hedgehog a gun and a sowrd, its soooooo stupid! Finaly why doesnt anybody just tell him(shadow)who he is, I mean we have been over the story 1000 times and its not getting any better. Mabey it's the fact that they dont want to tell him that he dated eggman mom/grandma. so what was your first bad game?

I have the ability to determine a games quality before playing with a ten percent margin of error. As such I don't own any bad games.

god, even if i thought about it for a year i couldnt tell you the absolute first.

but the earliest bad game i remember playing was superman 64. i really dont need to go into wht it was bad. but like i said, theres probably an earlier one for the nes or genesis that im forgetting. i used to rent a lot of games back in those days (thankfully i did rent s64) so there are a ton of games i played that were bad that i dont remember.

seriously, this is a thread dedicated to the discussion of what the first bad game you PLAYED was. so really, WHY did you feel the need to chime in with a post completely useless to this discussion?

Silver Surfer.
It was too hard. If you touched anything, you instantly died. And every death was a game over that forced you to start at the very beginning.

Agreed. Only bad games i've ever had have either been gifted to me or come with the console. I've liked every game i've bought.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. It would have been a decent game if the AI had been scaled back to a reasonable difficulty. Enemies should not be skilled enough on Normal Difficulty to get a headshot on me from 100 feet away with a pistol without laser sights while I'm rolling to cover.

Sea Man (Don't make a stupid joke about the name) for the Dreamcast. It was awful.

No worries. If it actually was like the screenshots I've seen, then that game was a joke in and of itself.

OT: Monopoly for the Genesis/Mega Drive. My family had three copies of the actual board game, but we still had to get this version. Almost all of them are horrible. The "nostalgia" version is pretty neat, though.

Superman 64. A terrible, awful excuse for a game. I haven't been able to even attempt to play a Superman game since.

Oh, I've had some beauties. Luckily most of the bad games I've played on PC have been demos, but, before that, on PS1, 3D Lemmings was pretty bad. Spider-Man PS1 games were so bad that they were great. Jumping Flash I loved because I was like 5 and it looked like an acid trip.

I think the one that is most uncompromisingly bad in my collection is Turok: Evolution. XD

Darwinia. I liked the demo, but the game was just... off. It was too hard and too cumbersome.

I grew up in the late 80's early 90's. Bad games now cannot hold a candle to the crap they tried to pass of on us then. It was not like we had graphics to at least be pretty either. Everything looked the same, and until you threw it in the system there was no way to tell that you could not finish the game because halfway through the designers placed a ledge that you couldn't get past without using a gamegenie to make your character immortal.

roller coaster tycoon for the Xbox, technically not my buy. I was getting knights of the old republic and my little sister had to get a game as well so my parents got her that pice of crap. of corse she only played it once and never touched it again. i tried it out a couple times and found it to be unbearably bad other than that I've never bought a game that I haven't enjoyed to some extent
