Or Tchaikovsky. Nutcracker Suite Hero, anyone?SimuLord said:I want to see something like Symphony Orchestra Hero. Last minute or so of the overture from Die Fledermaus by Strauss, as conducted by Carlos Kleiber. Dragonforce has nothing on Johann.
Or Shostakovich. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogJFXqYEYd8] If you think you don't like classical music, start here. This stuff is heavy metal with horns and violins.Magnatek said:Or Tchaikovsky. Oh, I like me some classical. Before I moved out of the Cincinnati area, my radio was nearly stuck on a classical music station (intentional, of course). Since Dayton, Ohio is too far north, I can't get the station anymore. Oh well. Thank goodness for internet radio.SimuLord said:Or Shostakovich. I had no doubt as to your classical chops (you spelled Tchaikovsky right!) The "start here" was more for the uncultured reading the thread. Shostakovich was my music appreciation professor's (yay fine arts requirements!) favorite composer, and Strauss has been mine ever since I saw "Johann Mouse" [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r0CvAwvOcRA] as a child. A cat that could play? A mouse that could dance? Still my all-time favorite cartoon.Magnatek said:Oh, I like me some classical.
