What would you choose if...

What would you choose if you could click your fingers and it would appear before you? This would mean that everytime you click your fingers, anything(not quite, read on) of your choice would come into existance and be yours. You can't abuse this and choose money, or something like diamonds that you could sell to be rich, or trade. Also you can't choose something that could be various things, such as "a game" or "a beer" and expect different ones each time, it has to be a specific thing.

So, what would you choose?

I would create an "immortality drive" which only I could operate, it would give whoever I chose, myself included, Permanent immortality, eternal youth and invulnerability. It could also remove this and has unlimited uses, but requires a battery change after every 3 uses, just for lulz.
