What would you do if you became CEO/President of EA/Activision?

So, EA and Activision get a lot of (justified) hate for being complete dicks to their customers at times. So, assuming that you don't go mad with power and become the new Bobby Kotick, how would you repair your company's reputation with their customers?
For me, I'd get rid of Day 1 DLC to start with. Even if it's justified, it looks way too much like a moneygrab and there is way too much negative backlash for it to be good from a PR perspective.

If I ran EA, I'd pack up Bioware, head over to Sega, and tell them
"We're very sorry. We really are.".

I'd probably go to the occasional meeting, review profit margins and stock options, and play some golf with my CEO buds.

Oh, I'm supposed to think about the vidya games? Who cares! I'm getting rich off you suckers!

Ok fine, I'll make Mass Effect 4 a prequel MMO. That'll fool those sucke... I mean, impress the intelligent gaming public.

Pay crytek UK to make the next timesplitters, just because i want one dammit! Maybe test the waters first with a timesplitters HD collection :) And if it doesnt do well in todays market, pay somebody to blow the market up.

Promise to do good things, then as soon as I sat in my tiger skin executive chair; I'd go massively evil and make horrific games horrifically addictive and make you pay 10 dollars for every 5 minutes of play, if you didn't purchase it right away, it would shock you.

Pursue whatever measures that I felt would benefit the company and its shareholders most in the long term, then become confused when I find out that the internet hates me.

Go back to a time where you just made games, and by that I don't mean some-assembly-required with patches and add-ons. I mean "THIS is your game. We present it to you after being very definitely completed. We hope you enjoy it." and nothing but this. I'm aware that this is a digital age, but some things don't need to GO all digital. We certainly wouldn't have the complaints of horrible glitches, DLC, DRM, pirating, and so on by simply putting out whole and complete games.

Howl with laughter as I take over the world!

Oh I mean, institute a policy to return to the original EA mission statement:

"We are an association of electronic artists who share a common goal. We want to fulfill the potential of personal computing."

I'd do the same, but with my business sense I would probably cost the shareholders a bunch of money, then I would get paid out a huge amount when I am sacked from the board at the next annual shareholder meeting.

Maybe, just maybe I'd start selling annual roster changes for sports games at DLC prices, and once every three years put out a new game in the franchise with gameplay changes. I'd also start selling stuff on Origin cheaper than it is in retail.
