Whats a great Romantic Comedy Anime?

Don't worry, you probably still won't watch it. It kinda pissed me off when you said you weren't a pedophile, though, since pedophile-esque stuff is kind of the exact opposite of what's in shoujo anime.

Kare Kano (Or Kareshi Kanojo no Jijō, or His and Her Circumstances)

For all the wildness, crazy characters, and Anime wackiness it throws in, at heart it's actually a very sweet, believable story of a high school romance, complete with heartwarming ups, and trying downs. Just be warned that the last few episodes don't really resolve anything, and are nowhere near as good as the rest, and if you want to read the Manga that continues the story, it will pretty much give you cliche, overwrought drama that's actually kind of painful.

Lets see...Romantic Comedy is usually pretty different from Romance, so i'll make two lists
RomCom:
1. SCHOOL RUMBLE
-one of the funniest shows i have EVER seen
2. Full Metal Panic (I know you'ev already seen it)
3. Zero no Tsukaima[sp]
-Toradora's Taiga and ZnT's Louise are essentially the same character, so if you like the tsundere thing, go with it (same voice actor too if im not mistaken)
4. Seto no Hanayome
-this is number 2 on the funniest anime i've ever seen list
5. Tie between Please Teacher/Midori no Hibi

Romance/Drama:
1. CLANNAD
-can't recommend it enough, but holy hell is it heartbreaking
2. Banner/Crest of the stars
-My favorite anime romance...very well built and thought out (and space battles are never bad)
3. Mahoromatic
-kinda old, but I liked it
4. REC
-really short (like 9 15 minute episodes), but actually really good...and the female lead is cute times 1000
5. Shuffle!
-This kinda straddles the line between comedy, harem, romance, and drama, but the last half of the series pretty much sets it firmly in this category

Ok I dont know if this has happen to you but as soon as I watch a romantic comedy anime I immediately want to jump right on to the next one. But now I seem to be stuck.

Ive watched: Toradora, Chobits, DearS and if it counts Welcome to the NHK.
So please suggest your favorite if its not already said, and include how many episodes. Thank you ^_^

Ouran High School host club is magnificent. Don't listen to what people say about being really gay it's so, soooooooooooooooooooo funny. Also, could anyone tell me what Desu and Kawaii means.

That fact that you ask that is perfectly good reason enough not to watch the series.

If I can handle Kis Sis knowing its about incest I think I can handle this lol. Then again Kis Sis disturbed me on so many levels so it might be for the best I avoid anything like it. Yet I finished it anyway @_@

Oh its not bad bad, its just the curse of bad anime to use the terminology kawaii and desu.

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni uses it...and that's the most violent and suspenseful and best anime I've seen since death note...though its not nearly as violent as elfen lied....not recommending them to you though if you're looking for romantic comedy...

But yes, I do. Kimi ni Todoke and Yumeiro Patissiere are two that immediately spring to mind as being good. I could maybe throw in RomeoXJuliet as being a shoujo, although it's certainly debatable. Great series though.

If you've seen those, tell me and I'll try and think of some more to recommend.

Ah! My Goddess fits just about every single criteria you have. It so far comprises two seasons and some older OVA's. The fanservice is light, usually coming from Urd. The relationship despite starting off in a strange manner is genuinely romantic and at times utterly hilarious.

Honestly, this is the genuine article. Its well scripted, well animated and it doesn't concern itself with the excesses of its peers.

Ah, that reminds me, I forgot about Ookami-san To Shichinin No Nakama-tachi. It's by the same people who made Toradora and is pretty enjoyable, and it's rather short at only 12 episodes. I also recommend Angel Beats!, it's probably the funniest anime I've seen, although the "romance" part of it doesn't really come in until the end.

Angel Beats was fantastic. I got really close to tears at the end but held it in some how. Over all a happy ending but i still found it tragic.
