Since having more time to read recently, my sister noticed me reading in the house today and said the she can't read anything fictional, as she doesn't see the point in wasting her time with other people's imagination. Which I found extremely odd.

It was this that made me wonder what your reading at the moment, could be a book or a magazine I suppose.

My latest read is Stephen Hawking's: A Brief History Of Time.

Records of the Grand Historian - Qin Dynasty, by Sima Qian.

It's for a class, granted, but it was still pretty good.

Well, I have nearly finished read Flag in Exile by David Weber, of the Honor Harrington books.
It is quite a good read, and I am enjoying it (When I am not thinking about real life)

I don't know that I'd be as blunt as your sister about it, but I'm not keen on fiction. Truth is stranger and more interesting.

Last book I plowed through was the latest iteration of the Uncle John's Bathroom Reader series. It's been a Christmas tradition for my mom to get me the latest book.

Natural Selection, if I am not mistaken.

I have not read a book for a few months now, but I do have a new one to read.

Currently, I'm reading The Magnificent Bastards: The Joint Army-Marine Defense of Dong Ha, 1968.

Before that, it was And Another Thing... Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Part 6 of 3. by Eoin Colfer.

I've been reading my printed 1966 (Published 1926) copy of On The Bottom [http://www.amazon.com/Bottom-Edward-Ellsberg/dp/0451211510/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1265409613&sr=8-1] by Commander Edward Ellsberg [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Ellsberg].

It's the true story about the salvage of a submarine that sank after a collision with another ship. If you're into anything nautical, in particular old-timey brass-helmeted divers it is definitely worth a read, very interesting stuff.

I'm reading 3 books at once. I just finished "I never promised you a rose garden" still working on "1984" and "A brave new world".

EDIT: Sometime fiction is more truthfull then non-fiction
